SuperTitanWeld

Trylon’s new SuperTitanWeld has the same advantages in size and strength, modularity and documentation (P.E. stamped drawings) of the SuperTitanKD, but is significantly easier to assemble.

To minimize freight, every fifth section of tower can be nested. The SuperTitanWeld design reduces assembly time, potential errors and cost on site. It comes with a simpler, more efficient bolt connection, making installation even easier. The top can be configured in a straight, non-tapered fashion, making it ideal for WISP and SCADA applications.

  • All-Weld sections minimize assembly and installation time
  • Flat flanges provides an easy connection between sections (3 bolts per leg)
  • Designed to conform with CSA 37-01
  • Climbing horizontals include one face (7/8" or 3/4")
  • Every fifth section nests for reduced freight costs
  • Ideal loading capacity for SCADA, Broadband and two-way applications
  • Max height: 150'
  • Section Height: 10'

SuperTitan MAX

The SuperTITAN Self  Support Tower Series from Trylon goes up to heights of 251 feet and is great for use in heavier duty applications than the rest of Trylon's industry-recognized SuperTitan series.

  • EIA 222 F and G compliant, also CSA S37-01 compliant
  • Ships directly from Trylon
  • Ship knocked-down (unassembled) in 19' sections
  • Max face width: 24 feet
  • P.Eng. stamp available

Stocked Self Support Towers from Trylon

Titan Self-Support Towers

Free-standing Titan™ Self-Support Towers need only minimal footprint area, and with heights ranging from 16 ft. (4.8 m) to 96 ft. (28.8 m) they offer excellent flexibility for a wide range of applications. Titan Self-support towers are stocked by Trylon TSF authorized distributors. Therefore, fast lead times and service are part of the Titan® package.

  • lightweight, commercial-duty
  • support maximum antenna area up to 99 sq. ft. (8.9 m2)*+ and maximum antenna weight (vertical force) up to 300 lbs. (660 kg)
  • survives up to 100 mph (160 km/h) winds (no ice)*

* depending on height, tower model and loading; based on round member.
+ centered at 3 ft (9m) or less above the tower top

SuperTitan Self-Support Towers

Off-the-shelf 10ft sections offering heights from 20ft to 190ft.

When should a SuperTitan be considered versus a Titan?
This new addition can be used instead of the regular Titan during the following circumstances:

  • Your municipality requires "sealed" tower or foundation drawings by a licensed P.E.
  • You require a taller structure than what's offered by our standard Titan (i.e. greater than 96 ft)
  • The regular Titan did not pass the survival calculation and a stronger tower is required.
  • The regular Titan just passed the survival calculation but does not offer enough capacity for additional future loading

This tower bridges the cost between a Titan and a more costly custom-designed tower. By building in extra strength and the ability to provide P.E. stamped drawings the SuperTitan can avoid the higher cost of custom-engineered towers.

STG Series Towers

The STG Series utilizes one standard section, and one guy design for all wind speeds to replace the 45/55/65 series towers economically.

In most cases the STG is a stronger tower than a 65 model tower, supporting a larger antenna area, yet it is priced close to a 45 model tower.

The STG is stocked by Hutton, providing one of the fastest order turn around and delivery times available.

The STG offers excellent flexibility for a wide range of applications; it is available as a freestanding Self-Support Tower with heights up to 80 ft. (24 m), as a Bracketed Tower with heights up to 100 ft. (30 m) and as a Guyed Tower with heights up to 480 ft. (144 m). STG towers and optional accessories are stocked. Therefore, fast lead times and service are part of the STG package.

  • Solid steel legs (not tube), 7/8" thick
  • Hot Dip Galvanized to prevent corrosion and weathering
  • One standard section replaces 45/55/65 series towers economically
  • Support maximum antenna area up to 58 sq. ft.*+
  • Survives up to 110 mph (176 km/h) winds (no ice)*
  • Fully EIA compliant
  • P.E. Stamped drawings available
